• Validation of GPR technology for assessing ballast thickness and condition. Various locations (30km) on the Goonyella coal system, central Qld (2000) -

• Ballast profile investigations of 14 km of Central West and Northern line, Rockhampton region (2002)-
  QR Rail Infrastructure Division, Coal & Minerals Group.

• Ballast profile investigations of 49km of Central West and North Coast line, Rockhampton region (2002)-
  QR Rail Infrastructure Division, Coal & Minerals group.

• Ballast profile investigations of 3km of Mount Isa line to assess GPR ability to locate subsurface obstructions to ballast undercutting.(2002)
